Welcome To Naomi J's Page!!!
I've Been Expecting You.

Come on In!

Exploring "The Web" is an interesting experience. I am often amazed by the wealth and detail of the information available here.

Many contributed to this Gateway. We could call them leaders. We could call them heroes. I choose to call them pioneers. By any name, their monumental contributions to the world as we know it today is often unsung. Their profound Presence that Is enriching our lives, deserves at least one more page on this unlimiting frontier.

One pioneer left us with still another gift. She is Mary McLeod Bethune. Her legacy lives on.

Enjoy!!!

MY LEGACY

by

Mary McLeod Bethune

She sits peacefully and speaks to us.

Sometimes I ask myself if I have any other legacy to leave. Truly my worldly possessions are few. Yet, my experiences have been rich. From them I have distilled principles and policies in which I believe firmly, for they represent the meaning of my life's work. They are the product of much sweat and sorrow. Perhaps, in them is something of value. Here, then, is my legacy.

If I have a legacy to leave my people, it is my philosophy of living and serving. As I face tomorrow, I am content. I think I have spent my life well. I pray now that my philosophy may be helpful to those who share my

VISION OF A WORLD OF PEACE!!
